Before we used Cirkus we collaborated on our projects, with our main ops manager using Google docs to manage projects. Digital production is a flexible, multi-skilled, 24/7 business. As our team works in different locations at different times, we needed a solution that allows us to communicate simply and effectively.
We’ve been using Cirkus since March 2019. Keeping tabs on the progress of projects, allowing us to meet our deadlines and work collaboratively – our projects are shared between many people, Cirkus helps us keep tabs on who’s doing what and when. Cirkus has streamlined our e-mail chains for starters. The long chains back and forth (often confusing and information was being misplaced) have stopped and all notes, thoughts, and comments are jotted down on Cirkus.
It’s also meant our management team has a better handle on where projects are in development – enabling us to be more confident of delivering on our promises and deadlines.
On the one occasion, we had a question about Cirkus, the support was excellent. A ticket was responded to within minutes and the solution was given almost instantly. This is brilliant for an emerging business with no internal IT/tech support team.
