Technical Support Specialist – Palma de Mallorca

We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our farmerswife team. The right person for this job will have a passion for learning, and is driven to provide excellent services to our global client base.


  • Palma de Mallorca
  • Morning/Evening Shift CET (Supporting European and US clients)


  • Be part of a multiple disciplinary team in the delivery of our cloud based solutions –  farmerswife and Cirkus. 
  • Provide 3rd level technical support and escalations for our client facing support team.
  • Identify and analyse reported technical issues/ support tickets  i.e client, server, network, integrations, security, and performance.
  • Provide project support for clients who are developing integrations to our systems –  using our existing REST API, email sending, SSO authentication (OKTA, Azure), file exports, and g suite calendar.
  • Document technical troubleshooting and support procedures for knowledge sharing.
  • Writing customer facing documentation for integrations and features.
  • Assist with AWS Cloud services administration, alongside our Dev Ops team.


  • 2+ years experience in Technical Support role
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem solving
  • Fluent English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
  • Solid understanding and experience supporting client/server applications and communications.
  • Ability to test and validate REST API interactions – understand API documentation and perform executions in REST API test clients e.g Postman.
  • Email integration – SMTP protocols and email delivery
  • Knowledge of MacOS, Windows end user administration
  • Experience working in support environments with ticketing systems, Zendesk, Freshdesk etc.


  • Knowledge of Security best practices, including SSL certificate management.
  • HTTP proxying services (particularly NGINX and Traefik)
  • Linux Systems Administration basic knowledge
  • AWS and Kubernetes administration experience
